Biography

Anne Pryde is a professional potter working from her home-based studio in Hatchet Lake Nova Scotia. A graduate of NSCAD University, She has been working in clay since 2006. Anne has been employed as a studio assistant for Wareshana Pottery and Nova Terra Cotta Pottery.  She has taught pottery and drawing in Halifax and has mentored international students for the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts.

Works by Anne have been exhibited at private and public galleries.

My work is influenced by agricultural crops and practices with a focus on their impacts in rural communities.
